Currently we don’t customize single pieces, however bulk customizations and personalization are possible.
Yes! You can add a note of your requirements while placing an order. The team will get back to you incase of any queries. Also, an additional charge of ₹50 would be applied.
Yes! You can write up to 60 words and the note card is free of cost.
Yes! We can write up to 5-6 lines for your card. All notes are handwritten by our team.
PAYMENTS
You can pay for your order UPI ( Google Pay, Paytm Wallet ) or account Transfer.
In the event that money is deducted from your account and the order hasn’t gone through, you’ll get a refund in 5-7 working days. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver all over India.
We normally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
We normally process all orders with in 24 hours and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you with in 3-4 working days in major cities. In other parts, it usually takes 5 to 6 working days.
However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Haus of Aesthetics is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters.
We currently have a one-day delivery option in Delhi on prepaid shipping. The cost of one day delivery is INR 150/- for orders placed before 4pm. For the other cities, you can connect with us on Instagram!
